I'm Sophie Mei — an energy practitioner, artist, speaker, and devoted student of the human experience. My experience with energy began 6 years ago, after completing an energy practitioner's certification program. Since then, I have had the gift of working with clients from across the world: USA, UK, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and Jordan, to name a few.
Whether it is my private healing sessions, akashic readings, consciousness-raising workshops, book clubs, or artistic creations, my work bridges the formless with the form, the energetic realm with physical plane, our powerful imagination with our somatic bodies.
My life is dedicated to teaching people how to develop the tools and understanding to connect to their inner worlds and live a conscious life.

Offered in a package of 5 sessions, these energetic recalibration sessions uses muscle testing (also known as applied kinesiology) to decode and release trapped emotions, somatic memories, misalignments in a person's energy body. This directly improves conditions in the physical body, mood, reframing of dense mental thoughts and emotional relief.
This session is suitable for you if you've been struggling in various areas of your life and it's been taking an emotional, mental and physical toll on you. If you've been aware of limiting belief systems you want to let go of, or if you've been dealing with anxiety, resentment, overthinking and physical symptoms in your body.

Access the soul's living record, a field of insight that holds your past, present, and infinite potential. Receive clarity, wisdom, and direction from your deepest source of knowing. We humans usually experience life from a 1st person point of view, whereas our spirit team are able to perceive our life from a birds eye perspective. This helps us understand how each of our encounters fits into the entire picture of our soul's journey and mission for this lifetime.
This session is suitable for you if you want to consult your spirit team: your spirit guides, angels and higher self, regarding the progress of any area of your life and how to realign yourself for greater fulfillment. If you want to understand soul contracts, alchemize trapped energies in a past life and integrate the gifts of your soul.

This course is suitable for you if you are seeking a specially personalized course curated to your areas of expansion. You will be given practical, energetic and self-reflective tools to integrate into your days to become a vibrational match to serve your highest vision.

To create a new reality, we first have to imagine it. All that is, first originated as an idea planted into our imagination. A future rooted in our collective liberation cannot be grown from the seeds of fear, oppression and separation. Each book in this series aims to dismantle and alchemize seeds of fear and plant seeds of love to support the creation of The New Earth in our personal lives.
